Installation GUIDE
INSTALLATION TIME 30 mins or less
INSTALLATION OVERVIEW
The tonneau covers come with precise intstallation guide, pre-assembled components and straight-forward set up that is easy even for first time truck owners.
Step 1: Position the Canister
Place the canister at the front of the truck bed (near the cab), ensuring it sits centered and level.
Step 2: Install the Side Rails
Align the side rails along both edges of the truck bed and connect them to the canister. Make sure both rails are straight and evenly positioned.
Step 3: Secure with Screws & Bolts
Attach the rails using the provided screws and mounting hardware. Tighten gradually on both sides to keep everything aligned.
Step 4: Check & Adjust Movement
Extend and retract the cover to ensure smooth operation. If needed, slightly adjust the rails before fully tightening all hardware.
Step 5: Install Drain Tubes & Final Check
Connect the drain tubes and route them through the truck bed. Test the cover to confirm smooth sliding and secure locking.
Basic tools required (wrench, screwdriver, or socket set)
