We work with trusted suppliers and aftermarket automotive brands across the United States to provide reliable shipping for truck accessories and aftermarket auto parts nationwide. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, delivery times, and shipping conditions.
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details.
If you do not receive our confirmation email during this time, please contact us via support@trustodysupplies.com to get more information.
1. Shipping Coverage
All estimated shipping and delivery timeframes listed in this policy apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Some oversized or freight products may also have additional location restrictions depending on the carrier or supplier.
2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Because we partner with multiple U.S.-based suppliers and warehouses, certain products may ship separately depending on inventory availability and warehouse location.
3. Shipping Time
Orders may ship through various trusted carriers depending on product size, warehouse location, and delivery destination. Standard shipping normally takes 2–7 business days.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Peak holiday seasons
- Remote delivery locations
- Supplier inventory availability
4. Shipping Rates
Orders over $150 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Orders below $150 will incur a flat shipping fee of $25 at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page.
5. Tracking Information
When the product is shipped, we will send a Shipping Update email to your mailbox with a tracking number. It may take 5-7 working days for your tracking status to be updated on the carrier's system and go online.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers as products may ship from different supplier warehouses.
6. Shipping Damage
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
We will work with the supplier and shipping carrier to assist with replacement or resolution whenever applicable.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our shipping partners and suppliers, Trustody Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues once the package has been shipped.
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In case the package is confirmed lost in transit, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy or contact customer service.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses during checkout. If you find some problems with your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email at support@trustodysupplies.com so that we can assist you in changing it to the right form.
Trustody Supplies is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Additional shipping fees due to address corrections or reshipments
