If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below for eligibility, conditions, and return procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Proof of purchase
  • The item is unused and uninstalled
  • The product is in original condition
  • All original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories are included
  • The item is not damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Because many aftermarket truck accessories are vehicle-specific, we strongly recommend confirming fitment before placing an order. If you are unsure about this, please contact customer support.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return/refund, including:

  • Installed or used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Refused or undeliverable shipments
  • Return requests submitted outside the 30-day return window
  • Custom-made or special-order products, unless we are at fault
  • Products missing original packaging or hardware
  • Items damaged by improper installation, modification, or misuse
  • Returns related to compatibility issues may be limited if fitment was not verified before purchase

Some manufacturers may also have separate return restrictions depending on the product category. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team through Trustody Supplies with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and unboxing video
  • Reason for the return

Once approved, return instructions and the return shipping label will be provided.

Please do not send products back without prior return authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused by the supplier warehouse.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless caused by our error.
  • Oversized or freight items may require additional return shipping charges.

Because many products ship directly from supplier warehouses across the U.S., return shipping costs for large aftermarket parts can vary significantly.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make it right. 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund whenever applicable.

Note: Minor cosmetic damage to the packaging during transit that does not affect the product's condition or functionality is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Lost In Transit

Customers are encouraged to report about lost package within 14 days after the estimated delivery date for best support.

In some cases, delivery attempts may be unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping information, restricted access locations, etc. Customers may need to contact the local post office for redelivery or pickup at the shipping facility.

If a package is confirmed by the carrier as lost in transit, we will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund. 

7. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected at the supplier's warehouse, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on the condition of the returned item and supplier inspection results, refunds may be issued as a full refund or a partial refund.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and approval
  • Additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider

Refund timing may vary depending on the inspection process and payment provider. 

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Because many products are fulfilled quickly through supplier warehouses, some orders may enter processing shortly after purchase. Once shipped, the order will follow the standard return process instead of being cancelled.

9. Fitment Responsibility

Truck accessories and aftermarket auto parts are often vehicle-specific. Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Year
  • Make
  • Model
  • Bed size
  • Cab configuration
  • Rail systems or special package compatibility
